The Parish of St Mary Mother of God Church was founded in 1931 by Canon Jules Van Meenen and has long been a thriving community with a large primary school and an active programme of worship, faith development and many more community activities.

St Mary’s is a lively parish, with a healthy balance of older and younger parishioners, and a full programme of liturgies, faith development courses and community events. We have very strong links with St Mary’s Catholic Primary School.
